Section of humerus plates for operation on distal humerus

Y - Distal Humerus Plate 4.5 mm Y - Distale Humerusplatte 4.5 mm Plaque pour humerus distal en Y 4.5 mm Indication : Used to treat comminuted distal humerus intra-articular or extra-articular fractures. Depending on the fracture configuration like T or Y type, the plates are shaped to be placed according to the anatomy of proximal humerus. The pre-formed shape of the plate requires that a separate plate to be used for right and left humerus. It should be bend preoperatively to accurately match the counters of the segment of the bone to be fixed. And oval hole allows for temporary fixation of the plate prior to final adjustment and fixation. Plate details : Plate profile with radius 2.3 mm x 14.0mm Plate thickness : 2.3 mm Plate width : 14.0 mm Hole spacing : 17.0 mm Screws to be used : Head of plate accepts diam. 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts diam. 4.5 mm cortical screws. Material : Certified Stainless Steel according to ASTM F.138 - ISO 5832/1.

Section of support plates for operation on humerus Proximal Humerus Plate 4.5 mm Proximale Humerus Platte 4.5 mm Plaque pour proximal humerus 4.5 mm Indication : The proximal humerus plates have been designed to be used for proximal humerus fractures. Particularly the shape of this plate permit a stable fixation of two part surgical neck fracture. Head of plate with left and right variation allow anatomic reduction and alternative screw placement. Plate details : Plate profile 3.0 x 17.0 mm. Anatomical shaping pre-contoured for left and right variations. Also eleminates manual contouring, simplifying and reducing opperative time and reduces the incidence of bending stress patterns and subsequent weaknesses in plate. Plate thickness : 3.0 mm Plate width : 17.0 mm Head width : 24.5 mm Hole spacing : 18.0 mm Screws to be used : Head of plate accept 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts 4.5 mm cortical screws. Material : Certified Stainless Steel according to ASTM F.138 - ISO 5832/1.

Section of anatomical bone plates for operation on distal tibia Distal Tibia Plate 4.5 mm Distale Tibia Platte 4.5 mm Plaque pour tibia distal 4.5 mm Indication : Anatomical distal tibia bone plates are designed to be used for reducing fractures of the distal tibia. It is designed to sit on the distal aspect of the tibia The anatomical bone plate features show the following important factors to osteosynthesis as; permit a stable fixation of the small proximal and distal fragments. They consider the various physiological stability factors of distal spongiosa and metato diaphyseal fractures. They are curved and twisted to conform to the nature shape of the proximal and distal bones areas. They simplify reduction in case of extended fractures as their anterior surface is contoured to minimize tissue irritation. Plate details : To conform to the ventro-tibial contours of the distal tibia, the plate is twisted and curved an has a concav surface on its bone side and broadened distal end. The pre-form shape of the plate requires that a separate plate to be used for right and left tibia. Plate thickness : 3.0 mm Plate width : 17.0 mm Head width : 24.5 mm Hole spacing : 18.0 mm Screws to be used : Head of plate accept 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts 4.5 mm cortical screws. The screw holes into distal and are placed so as to allow cancellous screw to be placed in different directions. Two small holes at the very end of the plate are for temporary fixation with kirschner wires. An oval hole in the proximal part of the plate permit fixation with an excentrically or medially placed cortical screw while allowing enough room for application of a compression device.
